At Vibing With Puzzles, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase — and if something is not right, we are here to make it right.

1. Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to start a return
Contact us at customers@vibingwithpuzzles.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you full instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are completely free — you pay nothing.

4. Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us immediately at customers@vibingwithpuzzles.com with a photo and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it following the process above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at customers@vibingwithpuzzles.com.

7. European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
